PWC Plaza uses the Aware Manager work order system for your convenience when requesting service. Please contact the management office to be set-up with a username and password.
Typical requests include the following:
- Heating and cooling changes in your office space
- Special cleaning requests
- Minor repairs to doors and associated hardware
- Light bulb replacement
- Access card changes
- Restroom fixture problems
- After Hours heating and cooling requests
- Extra trash removal
- Access to phone rooms
- Power outages
- Picture hanging
Please don’t hesitate to call if you encounter a problem within your space or anywhere around the building. We try very hard to make sure the building is in excellent condition each and every day, but if we have missed or forgotten something, please let us know.
